HDPhysiques and TanyaFitness.com would like to wish our good friend Lindsey Spitler (Cope), the BEST of luck this weekend as she makes her debut in Women's Physique at the Junior USA's.  Here's some sample pics as to how she looked a few weeks ago, and according to her, she's "way more ripped" now!  So, she ought to be looking spectacular this weekend.  Hopefully she becomes the first PRO physique competitor!  Good luck, Lindsey!

We were shooting for HDPhysiques and TanyaFitness on the St. Louis Arch Grounds (unfortunately a stormy/cloudy day... but we made the best of it).  And keep checking back at TanyaFitness.com for the latest! Good luck this weekend, Lindsey!

She from St. Louis?  Since I live here maybe I can find out where she trains so I can stalk say hi.

How long were you in st. louis?  Do anything cool?

No, neither Lindsey or Tanya are from St. Louis.  They just come here every so often to shoot with me. Especially Tanya, she's here quite often as we shoot for her site. We usually do gymwork at Powerhouse STL, West County Fitness in Ballwin, or American Family Fitness in Pontoon Beach, IL.
