Weider Sponsoring Car Racing?
« on: May 20, 2011, 02:29:05 PM »
Take a look at this. It's the Weider/Dome Racing Honda HSV-010GT, which is the next gen NSX (which Honda only produces for racing). It won the 2010 GT500 class in Super GT.
It has 3.4 liter V8 pumping out 500+ hp.

Look at the "Weider" name, it's written the same way as on "Weider" brand supplements.
Another clue, back in 2005-2008 there was a car magazine by the name of MPH. It was owned by Weider/AMI, and it had bbing supplement ads sprinkled thru-out the mag.

Funny guys, but my point was, money to sponsor a Japanese race team...wouldn't that money be best spent on a competitor or endorsing a NFL player?

Whuuut? You weirdo.

Sponsoring racing team is great. Every man knows racing (no matter what level/league) in every country around the world.

Barely no one has ever heard about NFL, or Am. football in general, outside the US...  :-\

Nobody really follows Super GT racing outside of Japan, either...The reason why I said NFL was because those guys are generally built or big ass dudes, so tapping into them would be expanding his base, and making his "brand" even more visible.
