that a way.....have a trainee using to much weight to perform an exercise.  Then have the video run on a nightly new program.  Not sure if the kid is working his quads, bi's or entire body with that movement. Oh yeah its dumbell lat raise right?

Gaspari you should be ashamed of yourself...promoting healthy lifestyle....... U R A JOKE!  in this video at least.

It's because he loves to motivate people and help them attain their muscle-dream goals. Ok, he prolly is on HRT and HGH but if you take double the dose of Gaspari nutrition supps, the effect is probably identical on the human body.

I've got the same problem with my quads, but in my case it is due to having 2 knee surgeries on my left knee from kneecap dislocations while playing basketball. It's strange, coz even my left calf is smaller as well...

its not a scam, theyre just supplements, they supplement training and diet

if its gona take the young & naive guys many years & $'s to understand that aas, hgh, slin, etc is what creates what they see in mags, thats their fucking problem
