Obviously he rejected her for being old
'Goofy clown' Schwarzenegger attempts to repair his image as Jane Seymour claims he has two more illegitimate children
For 35 years, Arnold Schwarzenegger has been carefully crafting his public image, from Austrian bodybuilder and international action star to family man and Republican politician.
Now, after his split from Maria Shriver, revelations that he fathered a child with a member of his housekeeping staff, and rumours there are at least two more children he fathered out of wedlock, where does Schwarzenegger go from here? Can he have a future either in politics or film, and how does he once again reshape his image, especially in the eyes of female fans?
"His biggest problem as an action star has nothing to do with being an adulterer. It has to do with being 63 years old and physically wrecked - unless they're going to make Terminator 6: The Golden Years," said David Leibowitz, a Phoenix-based public relations and crisis communications consultant. "The love child is almost the least of his worries."
ane Seymour is not helping matters.
The actress told a CNN Entertainment reporter she was not remotely surprised about the marriage breakdown or subsequent revelations.
"The moment I heard it, that there was an announcement of their separation, he was obviously jumping the gun before everyone else told the world of the news," Seymour, 60, said at a film premiere last week.
"From what I gather, I think there will be lots of information coming people's way. I heard about two more [out of wedlock kids] somebody else knows about. I even met someone who knows him well."
According to London's Daily Mail, Seymour and Schwarzenegger run in the same social circles in Malibu, California.
