Looks dangerous but i wouldn't say thats good for 5 days out. He has alot of water on him it seems.

I'm pretty damn impressed with Kai. Yeah, he's holdin' some water, but he'll be ok come contest day. The level of thickness his muscles have is unbelievable. This is a guy who's physique I WOULDN'T MIND havin'. I am curious about one thing though ... is he wearin' his ruby red slippers ??

I think it's the 94 Arnold Classic. Paul would've been in the top 3 if he didn't get screwed up.

The oil usage is out of hand...his shoulders and arms look like Dillets. Huge, yes but no detail. Just lumps.

Guy is friggin' huge, and he seems to have that Oliva-esque "arms bigger than my head" look. In this case though, I don't think it's a good thing.
