If you're referring to the green, white, and red flag on the left side of the car, its the national flag of Ireland.

As far as the route is concerned....shit happens. Its an armored car designed to withstand all types of attacks so its very heavy and very low to the ground.

agreed, ppl using this to attack the President or anything are really reaching, Obama doesn't plan his route or make sure the ramps are high enough, that is other peoples job.

sadly though, the citizens of the US largely put blame on their leader for just about everything, and then wont lift a finger or sacrifice an inch to arrive at the common good of all..they want their cake, they want to eat it, they want it now, and others who suffer can bite..its their problem not mine..
