The US had 16 Million soldiers in WW2, the brits had a total of 5.8 million. The Red army of the soviet union about 40 Million total... and of that, 14 million died.

So you can say 15 percent, but really, you're full of crap, because if they US stayed out, then England would have been taken and the focus would have shifted completely to the Eastern Front... So your oversimplification is just that.
