Northern Europeans have the overall best genetics for exceptional limit strength.

Blacks do seem to be more muscular (sinewy and lean), sure, but not capable of building a lot of natural, dense muscle mass. Plus they usually have bird frames. Not conducive to being hugely powerful and strong.

Just look at the geographic locations from which each come, originally.

Heck, just consider the shelter issue: Northern Europeans built houses out of stone and heavy lumber, blacks out of leaves and bamboo sticks.

And food: Whites ate steak, blacks ate bananas and ants.

Blacks are faster runners than whites on average. In most professional sports speed is the most important factor. The difference is small, but when it comes to elite levels of athleticism a small difference in ability is the difference between being a professional athlete and being that guy reliving his glory days of playing ball in the bar on a Tuesday night. As far as absolute strength goes, I would have to say that Whites edge out Blacks at elite levels, but again its a small difference. Different races are different, big fucking deal. IMO, the dude in the gym just has poor self esteem as was trying to make himself feel superior to Whitey in some way.
