Strawberry Vinaigrette. Stuff is other worldy. Also add some dehydrated strawberry pieces and almonds to the salad, just amazing.
Here is a recipe I picked up, works amazingly well.
1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
6 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon poppy seed
1 Place the strawberries in a blender.
2 Cover and process until smooth.
3 Add lemon juice and sugar.
4 While processing, gradually add vinegar and oil in a steady stream and process until thickened.
5 Stir in poppy seeds.
6 Place in a jar and refrigerate until serving time
