Nice pics, ND. You can tell we got some young guys in this thread. I suggest they look up " Vic Richards ". Whether they google it or youtube it, they will be amazed, imo. Vic was NOT a very tall man, if I remember correctly. But just a beast ! No oil and had a physique that screamed STRONG ( and he was VERY strong, too ). And, finally, he didn't have a physique that screamed " insulin blow-up doll ". He was ALL foundation. But whatever. :D
