Ronnie Coleman easily is above anyone and everyone thats ever been on a bodybuilding stage. However the interesting thing is that it came pretty easy for him. He trained hard and heavy but obviously pretty basic. Kai Green has taken training to the 21st century. The man trains every single muscle in the body. That alone has to come with some sort of respect.
If you follow Jason Cutler in the gym over the past 10 years, you would find that his training is almost the same as to when he first started training. Kai's trains muscles that Cutler doesn't even know exist.
When Kai won the Arnold and Arnold himself asked him about his training, it came straight from his heart and was honest. When Dexter won the Arnold and Arnold asked him about his training, it was an embarrassment to the fitness industry.
Phil Heath is also an embarrassment to the fitness industry. The guy's muscle's are phonier and Kevin Levrone's and Flex Wheelers put together.
Listen Judges, if its close, go with the guy who you know lives and breathes bodybuilding. And also lives in the gym. The Phil Heath 30 minute workout with no cardio is a travesty to all the great bodybuilders of yesteryear.
