The letters WBBG have no value in themselves.  to create a new org with those letters you'd be starting from scratch.  if you're interested in something to compete with the amateur IFBB, then why not get involved with one of the existing amateur orgs, such as NABBA?  Lots of infrastructure already there.   if you want to create a new stand-alone pro org, PDI already tried.
