Don't fool yourself, walk-ins are welcome to all the "treats" too.

There is a Texas style BBQ restaurant near us that serves really great tasting BBQ. Unfortunately, when my daughter was in high school, she knew some high school guys who worked there. They claimed they peed in the BBQ sauce just be funny. I stopped eating there after I heard this. While this shit could happen anywhere, it is just different when you know someone did it....like you can't get it out of your head. Damn, and their BBQ sauce tasted so good too!

Some restaurants do the prep work before the restaurant opens. So it would make no difference whether the kitchen is out in the open or not. Truth is, we have no idea what we are eating when we eat out or even when we eat in.
