bench is probably his worst lift...and tbh, u might be right, IF kev has paid a bit more attention to powerlifting he probably would've, could've, should've been stronger, in bench i mean, not in other lifts...100 lb dumbbell curls maybe ;D

nope. Kev could of been one of the strongest man in the world if he trained for it. He benched 405 raw at a bodyweight of 180 pounds as a teenager. He is geneticaly wired for strength/building muscle/jumping/sprinting. I mean my god have you seen the man racing Drayne chambers? Dude is obviously a gifted athlete.

yep, i've seen that video...fucking impressive for someone his size...great italian-african genetics ;D
fellas like him, shawnie, flex etc are usually the most gifted ones for bb'ing...naturally lean and athletic, not necessarily big to begin with but have lots of "fast" muscle fibers and blow up like crazy on drugs

Don't let Jason Huh see that video haha. He might actually learn what the term "range of motion" actually means.

yup. There is a reason elite sprinters get superior results to androgens on doses most bodybuilders would laugh at.  Look at Ben Johnson who damn near looked like a bodybuilder on a little bit of winstrol lol.

Take notice of this in your gym. The guys with the skinny calves and shitty forarms are always the biggest abusers. These guys usually make up for this shit response to AAS with insulin and gh...as gh15 has said many times before. Now the reason for this he has not been explained in detail so I will share my scientific opinion.

the biggest abusers lack white fiber make up (fast twitch muscle fibers) and require a higher level of androgens in the blood to achieve a certain response. Take a look at Tom prince, one of the biggest abusers of all time. Remember he was a gifted swimmer so obviously he was "hardwired" for endurance type of activities NOT building muscle o responding well to drugs.

You are right and wrong. I believe estrogen plays the biggest factor in drug response but that is neither here nor there.

Everyone has their own response to varying compounds. Some like anabolics, some like androgens. I am balding and I don't do well on DHT derivatives so unsurprisingly I literally explode on anabolics. Deca@400mgs weekly will put 20-25lbs on me in less than 6 weeks. It's night and day response.

As for fiber makeup you have a point, and yeah the guys with thin forearms and calves usually need higher doses to grow since they were meant for endurance, but I still think each individual person has his own personal stack that will work best.

And this is true, I don't know who GH15 is, but he tells a lot of truth. Drugs and genetics are what does it. I will post a couple pics here of when I  "quit" bodybuilding, and to me they look pretty good in retrospect. No tren ever, the expense of GH at that point...yeah. About a gram total of orals and prop, lots of ephedrine. I had access to drugs too, just no value in going any farther. I sold a kid some arimidex. and out of curiosity asked how much test he was using. Told me 750 a week, and that was funny as fuck. Like, for real...you look like shit.
I'm not saying I was any good, or would have won a show period, but I was decent. The whole deal with bodybuilding is dirty, sorry. I have my own problems. didn't need more myself. Give credit to those with the constitution to do it though, I was always worried about drugs, for real.

Damn man, no wonder people don't post pics...haha, but is is just to address the point that was made about genetics, I could deadlift 500 for a ton, but you would never catch me under 405 benching. kevin was awesome. Thanks to you guys for the other vids also.

Honestly, prop is the shit. 150 EOD. little rimi, great cycle. 500 ensn kicks ass too. That prop with one drol split up for two doses will get you jacked if you are ever going to get there. And I am not telling you how to win the Olympia like GH15
