look.. no one.. i mean no one knows what dosages charles runs or has run inthe past except darrem.. and chances are he aint gonna tell ya the truth.. dont judge appearences on dosage.. many "pleasing" physiques are big abusers.. not say darrem is.. just saying to make statement like he was conservative with doses is not accurate unless you are with him 24/7 and watching him take a crap too..
