dude, im going to be honest with you here and throw you a bone cause im a nice guy.
you have abs because you are lean, not because you have good abs.
they do not have that deep etching that makes them impressive, they are just there.
you have the ability to have a phenominal midsection, your just too lazy to train it.
start training them regularly and after about 6 months of training (using weighted exercises) and you'll see what im talking about.
