I've had it since puberty, it's minor tho. Just makes the nips look a lil bigger :D

same had gyno before I ever touched an AAS awhen I was a teen. I blame it on all the estrogens in the food. To be honest it is quite common for male teens to get gyno though.

I do have a life...Sorry I do not run to grab my camera to appease the anonymous masses here at Getbig...Today Methyl Mike is not feeling so hot, I went to a hospital for volunteer work and yesterday I got some bullshit shots-boosters, or so they say...For mumps measles rubella tetanus and got a fucking tb test all at the same time...Today Methyl Mike is running a fever, and trying to drink a lot of water...I really feel like crap you guys...Hot as hell and weirded out...

No HIIT requires glycogen for energy and burns fat through secondary pathways.

You basically have two choices with regard to cardio for fat loss. Fasted steady state which will burn fat during the session or HIIT which will burn fat over a much longer period of time, 24 hours or so. HIIT should be done with some food in your system or you won't have enough energy.

Well I don't train abs, draw your own conclusions from that. I have read quite a few times about those who train abs once a week or not at all.

There will always be always be alternate opinions on this topic (like every topic), that does not mean the other side is in the wrong.

It was worse in highschool, bizzare. I still have it, but it's hardly noticeable, NBD.

Umm, no. Training abs does not matter for aesthetic purposes
as a retired perma bulker who spent years trying to get an aesthetic body through diet and training/cardio alone... i can tell you that my stomach never ever flattened out and got hard untill i started training my abs regularly.

you have abs because you are lean, not because you have good abs.

they do not have that deep etching that makes them impressive, they are just there.

you have the ability to have a phenominal midsection, your just too lazy to train it.

start training them regularly and after about 6 months of training (using weighted exercises) and you'll see what im talking about.

I disagree with the abs statement, but I will agree im lacking olbiques. Either I need lower bodyfat to see the defenition or I just need to train abs.

I'll give it a go tho, I'm always open to advice.
