Problem is...taxes and fee are for people who reside there...this is almost kinda like a perverse taxation w/o representation type of deal...
Yes, but the local people have to bear the inconvenience of closed roads.
And the Embassy is located there and uses the roads and facilities as much as the locals.
Anyway how they accumulate $8.7 MILLION in fines?

If it's from breaking road laws, they should be accountable like everyone else.
