Had a low carb day, then trained, then headed to the grocery store for some "essentials".
As I'm dieting, usually my trips are pretty short, easy and the stuff I buy is mostly clean-ish foods. But due to being hungry, today I woke up and saw what I bought-
- Pop tarts.
- A sheet of pizza (who eats this? I don't. But I bought it.)
- sushi (then left it in the fridge. What?)
- Peanut butter, fluff and white bread. Seemed good at the time.
- 2 different kinds of string cheese. I don't eat cheese much.
- Oreos. Fuck. Now they are in my house.
