Ohhh no, my friend. It's funny because i could never see Nasser telling this story because it's pretty embarrassing. Nasser should put this kind of shit (No Pun) in his book. I never even thought Nasser would say anything even close to that...Nasser always came off as a guy ho is well educated and i kinda figured that he had no sense of humor. Glad he does.  If he saw that, what other shit did he see during his pro career?

just a thought for those that beleive gh15 is nasser...

gh15 HATES and i think as much as he doesnt like using the word, used it for the first time on Lee priest..
if nasser "is" gh15, why would he go on his radio show with john romano and up his ratings?

we all know for a fact the gh15 character does not want him to succeed and wants him "out of bodybuilding"..and u guys think he is going to go on his radio show and get his ratings bumped to an all time high??

Just listened to the nasser interview, on the VPX site. Not only is it entertaining, BUT Nasser is a hell of a guy and i really have respect for him telling it how it is, being honest and talking drugs in detail as well as his Kovacs stories.

That is what Nasser needs to put in his book.  I cannot stand it when someone puts out a book and it's filled with trash that i already knew.  I would like to see his impression of Joe Weider though.

not only that but he said he never goes under 350 in the off season and increases it pre contest.

I think it says in the same interview that's linked here that his protein intake precontest is 400-600 grams.  And in the answer pasted above he said he keeps protein intake higher pre-contest than offseason.

He'd only keep it closer to the 600 mark during really low carb days like when depleting right before a show.

Offseason he didn't realy count his protein - 100 grams a day was more the exception than the rule....most days he'd get a lot more than that.  

About maintaining size on low protein I totally believe that though - sure he's not as big now as he was when he was competing but he is still very muscular and whenever I visited him I'd say he averages about 100 grams of protein per day these days yet carries more muscle than most guys who eat 300+ grams.
