Just train natty doing bodyweight and gymnastic movements, maybe certain freeweight exercises thrown in. 99% of gymnasts are short and build great physiques with functional strength.

It is amazing that anyone ever posts photos of themselves on Getbig. To do so seems like some form of self-hatred. It's no wonder folks block out their faces.

My guns are finally just over 17". I feel great that I have worked them enough to get this big....but there is no way in hell I would ever post a photo of them here.

As for being natural, technically I am not since I have done some AAS in the past and currently I am on TRT. I don't care what folks think about that, which is why I mention it should I ever get drunk or be stupid enough to flash my guns or glutes in a post on Getbig.

I'm not insecure in the slightest...don't know where you are getting that from. I'm just the opposite, maybe a little too secure for my own good....I have an unshakeable belief in myself. that's why I come here everyday and i'm unfazed by the constant badgering. Because I know what the truth really is, and that's good enough for me.

I love the hypocrisy of  the people that feel the need CALL ME OUT.... who'm I've never even spoken to..and denigrate my achievements, and when i respond.....I'm insecure. How does that work ?

i have been to hell and back within my life.
now @ 31 i am a father of a beautyfull girl, very very happy with my life.
so really no issues here man, it's all good!
i never say i am huge or tell stories about how i owned him or her, you do!
and that for me , tells a thing about you.
you have a decent built, but i can see what you are on more or less.
i do prep guys , i know my hormone 101.

being big is only temporary anyway..

Possibly, this guy does look as though he is. I've seen lots of amateur wrestlers with great builds too with lean cuts and decent strength to boot without drugs. That kind of muscularity is possible without harmonizing, just years of hard work and functional strength training will make that happen.

Anyone who whines about the persecution they face at the hands of all these anonymous haters and how all their "hard work in the gym" is being discredited is pathetic.

"Hard work" has NOTHING to do with it.  Do you retards even know what "work" is?  Work is something you get have to be paid to do -- something you would RATHER NOT BE DOING.  That is the definition of HARD WORK: something you REALLY don't like to do, something which requires a lot of willpower to stick through.

Mesmorph, and people like him, love to go to the gym.  Forget having to "force" yourself through "grueling" workouts -- YOU COULDN'T BE FUCKING PAID TO STAY OUT OF THE GYM, YOU LOVE BEING THERE.  All the while you discredit everyone else who is actually doing backbreaking work in the gym.  Kids who force themselves through ridiculous workouts and push the needle further into the red zone every workout, all the while seeing nothing in return, because they believe fuckheads like kiyoshi moody and dante and skip lacour... and you wonder why people care about what you say!  You rub your "hard work" in the face of people who actually put themselves through hell, while you breeze through endorphin soaked workouts with ease.  

You are dumb as rocks.  This is why you try to convince everyone you put in so much "hard work" in the gym -- because you have nothing else going for you and cling to the one "noble" "virtue" you still possess: the ability to work hard.

In ancient Greece, if you said you did a lot of "hard work," people would think you were a slave.  Today work is still for slaves, though idiots like mesmorph the world over desperately like to pretend it's not.

Natural or not, at least Groink doesn't go around pretending to be some some saint of iron...
