The video is a joke, what's called "tongue in cheek",...that is to say, the producers of the video are presenting a series of visual images as if it were a serious news story...But it's not.  
They are making fun of Jay Cutler's appearance,  and of bodybuilding in general.
(the computer generated head is made to resemble an "Easter Island" sculpture)
The formal English word for this kind of humor is "Deadpan", refering to the comedian keeping a serious expression on his face.

You make money off youtube eventually if enough people watch your vids/channel, i understand it to be. No conspiracy theory on this... just some people (with a getbig sense of humor) trying to make a buck and have some fun.
