Four full days now with not a drop of booze, I have never felt better! I drank myself so deep into the abyss that the thought of drinking makes me sick to my stomach.

The last few weeks, I was up and down, and managed to really cut back. Now I am aiming for a fucking kick ass summer!

God willing I will stay on track this time, and finally become what I was meant to be, which is NOT a trainwreck of a human life!

At the risk of sounding crazy, my happiness and ability to be content seems to be partly from working out, partly from re-discovering my love of music, and partly THE SUN!

Being out in the sun is an amazing feeling! I spent far too long couped up in my fucking bedroom drinking myself to death. No more!!!!

THE SUN IS FUCKING GLORIOUS!!!!!

i can stay unbeleivably cooler while working in doors with sub par AC running (still hot and stuffy inside) while drinking beer, i had three 5.5 % icehouses today at work i saved the eating till i got home. this morning though i ate some protien powders and lima beans. i felt great today at work. i was much cooler than normal and less stiff in my legs

when i got home i was debating to have a 4th beer but instead decided to eat some wholesome bean burritos on corn tortilla and some mac and cheese...

the beer really motivates me to get shit done not sure if ill have another one today or not. but i know drinking beer at work is an essential habit to get through the boredom and to feel more loose on my feet

Not that fucking high bro IMO i refused breath test. I had about 5-6 over the night.  Arresting mofos for dwi is big business over here. one of the mufuckin ho cops commented how sober I looked at arrival at jail.
Yea mofos around the border always trying to jump people out of the "Beer drive throughs" pull them over. The upright rows probably kept you in check on looking sober.

You will stay on track this time because it is what you wisely choose to do. Good to remember how sick you felt on the sauce. Anything that reminds you that you don't want or need it in your life, you should use a a tool to stay clean and healthy.

When I stick it in my ass, I do. Otherwise, how would I know if I'd hit the right spot. Today I pinned my thigh muscle. -Hurts a little more, but I don't have to look in the mirror to do it! LOL.

Im not trying to judge but if you cant stay alcohol free for even 8 hours of a workday you may have a dependency on the substance that could turn into full blown alcoholism if it hasn't already...I have seen many successful people ruin there health and there careers as a result of alcohol...and the sad thing is the whole time they was doing it to themselves they had justifications as to why they needed to drink...(they deserved it,it made them more productive, and so on)...

never pin thighs, hate it... leaves bumps and hurts.

I drank every weekend of my life up until a couple years ago, when I beat some guy up real bad in a drunken rage and nearly went to jail for it. THATS when I realized I had a serious problem, I never admitted it up until that point. So booze definitely sent me on the wrong track and was on its way to ruining my life.
