LOL, I peaked at 17...  :-\

By 18 I had already stopped bodybuilding due to lack of genetics...

I benched more then than I do now many years later... I curled 176 for reps at 17... I did bent over barbell rows with 314 pounds for 10 or 12, can't remember.
440 for 15 behind the back shrugs for traps. Seated cable rows 'bout 350 for reps in shitty chain (no cable) machine..

LOL @ Bieber  :D

Of course back then I was hard core as I was trying to become bodybuilder seriously, and I think Bieber is not but STILL, epic  8)


Edit: FUK, I was a beast back then :o
Now a days I would be happy to get even close those lifts. Sad really, be in the best shape of your whole life at 17 when most fatsos step in gym for the first time LOL

IN recent pictures of JUSTIN BIEBER with his top off, the teen singer wasn't exactly displaying huge guns and a six-pack.

But according to one of his gym buddies he's deceptively strong.

Tyrell Ogloff trained with Bieber at his local gym when the singer visited his home town of Stratford, Ontario, in Canada.

He said: "Justin was definitely on a mission to pump up.

"He's pretty small but can pump a lot.

"He benched 120 pounds for his chest and did about 400 crunches and sit-ups to build his core. He's in really good shape."

He needs to be, to outrun all his teenage admirers.

I don't want to "chat" about Justin Bieber. I hate the whole "celebrity" culture that we've become obsessed with as much as you do - in fact this is the only time I've ever mentioned his name on Getbig as far as I know. I only put it up because it was bodybuilding related and personally I think it is a pitiful amount for any 17 year old to be lifting.

155 at 17 and if I recall correctly, our gym rule required a double in order for a lift to count.

I dated one skinny chick for a bit, but after that, swore I wouldn't date anyone else who couldn't bench at least 135.   :D
