Unflexed vs Flexed, gh15 broke down this pic. And he is right, take a look at this pic, and he is not that impressive aside from the striations in his legs. What we impressed with, was that this was the best condition Jay has been in...we compared this to his other looks, and this was mindblowing better. In short, Jay was the most improved---yet he still had a weak ass back. A back that most NPC level competitors could beat.

A lot of people are saying he can beat Jay. I personally can't see it and I think Phil Heath has a better chance, kai doesn't have a pretty physique wide waiste like jay huge torso, ... He is wide Jay is wider he is big Jay is bigger.... Where as phil though not super wide has round full muscle bellies ... And great muscle shape...
What do you guys think who stands a better chance?

Good question , I might have to go with Kai he can compete with Jay in size and he's a much more dynamic poser it might swing it his way.

and they didnt do it with size .... it was with shape.....and lines....
victor and dex (yes vic beat him 2007 imo)
kai has near enough the same kind of physique as jay.... and a really peeled kai is not on par with jay size wise

also, I think that they used Dex to punish Jay, that Jay cannot show up out of shape...at the tine Dex was deadly with his
conditioining, always on point. If Jay or anybody slips up---Dex has em.

Phil's conditioning is incredible but I really think Kai is the only one with the size necessary to take Jay right now.  We know what happened when Phil came in at his best, and Jay still beat him.  We have not seen Kai at his best against Jay yet but he would be closer to Jay size-wise so who knows?  All three are awesome but Jay will not be improving while Phil definitely will be and Kai still has a few years too.

Phil is always improving though... Kai if he comes in peeled won't be able to outsize Jay and his physique isn't pretty enough to beat jays... Unlike victor dexter and Heath

You're imagining Victor with conditioning that he's never presented.  After 10 years, he's either a) not going to suffer for that conditioning or b) not capable of it.  A peeled Victor would win, but it won't happen.
