he grinds his teeth.. a buddy of mine is a dentist and said that more and more athletes come in with "flattened" molars due to straining ect.. he said that he sells quite a few mouth pieces.. as for hide.. he always looks pretty good.. he has done more with what the god lord gave him than most..

It's japanese fashion, all BB train with a mouthpiece here, also they wear a lifting belt all the time and use lifting straps on biceps curls.  ::) ::)

They feel the urge to mask that they are on steroids so much that they result to idiotic things. "How did your legs get so big, you're on steroids?" "No, i wear a mouthpiece while squatting and a lifting belt for extensions".  ::) ::) ::)
