The easiest way to tell when these types of guys are lying is to look at the "before" pic. They say that it was taken before they even started working out when they were 17, yet it looks exactly like you when you were 17 and yet were working out 3x per week. It's really a pic of them when they worked out but didn't juice. They also post in all caps lol

how is it hard to believe to go from 5'11 135 to 185 in a period of 4 years? OH, is it because most people don't have the dedication? I did the same shit, granted, bodybuilding was my LIFE, and i lived breathed and slept bodybuilding from 16-20, but still very possible. I just recently chose to go to the dark side because I figure I have a good base naturally at around 180, and everytime i was pushing 190 i became watery, not so much fat but held water and fat too probably but i was eating CLEAN and couldn't push past it, so i said fuck it lol. leaned out to 180 and the rest is just beginning.

not hard to believe by any means...mine was 45 lbs lol before i touched aas one week ago, and i had people tell me straight up accuse and ask if i was on last year when i came home from college, i just took it as a compliment. Now, i'm going to really see what's good with a little test for 12 weeks. i'll post some progress shots in here from time to time so u can see how i gain, since we are of similar build. I'd like to get some outside perspectives on gains and how i can improve.
