in boxing the key is not throwing too much and knowing when to throw.  its more knowledge than fitness. A super fit guy can punch him self out easily if hes trying to maul a guy with combos

It depends how much power  you put behind your punches, Coach's lover doesn't put nothing behind it  ,very easy to do .

yes, the fact that he punches hard makes it impressive, that routine with light punches is not hard at all not even for me lol.
I tried it at night for the first time, and had to do light punches since it was at midnight and I was like, wtf this wasnt that hard?
next day I did the same thing but hard punches lol. 2 different things
