So by your vast knowledge of boxing every drill should just be about punching as hard as you can, drills or speed drills shouldn't be in there. i guess the speed bag was just gimmick all these years. BTW, the boxing coach is also Rampages coach and is a coach as Wild Card....DOH!

I agree. But Dave is MMA but his strength is stand up. Can't really compare a professional boxer to someone who fights mma. In stand up the boxer will win every time. I've seen a couple of closed sessions with Pacquaio at Wild Card and was one of the amazing things I've seen

it´s just a exercise to practice rhythm, and speed....
also a nice warm up.
if he is an mma fighter and stand up is his strenght.. he should be working ground game.
stand up fighters usually do not do well in mma.
good wrestlers do....

I meant Overeem is going to win by killing Werdum, i might not have worded it correctly.

And i'm rooting for Overeem big time, he's a fellow dutchmen, too bad the fight didn't take place sooner but i can't wait for this fight.
