I don't know how much this guy weighed, but imo he created the greatest illusion with a small waist, small joints and huge long muscle bellies.

Makkawy weighed 165 when he won the Universe...........looke d a helluva` lot heavier even though he was a short guy.

Big and full with poor biceps   :D

But agree - the guys from the era of the 70s-into the early 80s look best but they still used a fuckload of drugs to get there .
