The half life of propionate is 1 day (24 hours) so assuming your amp is 250mgs of tesosterone 125 is prop. SO, half of 125 being 62.5 after injection it takes approximately 24 hours for 62.5mgs to have been released into your body. Let's assume this can be broken equally into 24 hours (not how erasterase enzymes work but I will humor you) we then have 2mgs (give or take) releasing every hour, or more importantly (for this "conversation") 1mg every half hour.

I would seriously eat my house slippers if you somehow feel 1mg of testosterone. Raging hard ons? Or maybe you are a woman? Would make sense, actually.

The way I am understanding this is that injectable drugs do affect more the liver than orals, because they stay much more time in the body being metabolized. I read somewhere that injectables only pass one time in the liver. I am not dissing, I am just trying to clarify this to understand better how these drugs produce liver stress.

Injection site (glute faster than delt), oil used (castor oil gives longer half-life than some other oil in the case of test undecanoate), mg per ml etc. Then there's the different types of half-lives discussed.... people get confused thinking GH gets absorbed immediately seeing as it has a half-life of mere minutes, terminal half-life vs. flip-flop kinetics or something like that.  

In the case of test enanthate it actually raises plasma T quicker than prop according to one text-book. I can't remember the particulars but a few hours after admin plasma T was higher with the E vs. P.

I think I'm saying it just don't matter, plus all drugs start workin pretty much immediately even though suckmymuscle is troll who never did roids.
