the wide grip cable rows are a great movement, added them in last year

What slogans would you yell if you were training with Dorian?  I would yell, "Drive Mr. Yates!"...and "let's see those machine guns!"

  He did those with 450 lbs for 6 reps back when he was competing - not including the weight of the bar. 5 plates a side for 6 reps with perfect form.
