the bodybuild always make sure he stabelize his body with diuretic,,mainly pre competition but the only way to get to the specific look yuo see in the video is the USAGE OF DIURETIC,,PRESCRIBED ONES!,, this is importanto to understand,,because you can hit yourself in the head with weight for 5 years straight and you wont get to this condition with out diuretic usage for long term ,, yes he hold some water ,,but over all the physiqe is dry the skin is SUCKED IN ,,this can only be achievbed on any one with diuretic and espcially on older bodydbuild,, this is NOT muscle maturity ...it is the diuretic combination with gh and testosterona that = impressivness in the look departnemt ,,vinny is not a large fella ,,his muscles appear large due to consistant usage of diuretic along the years WITH the hormones,,
