While playing rugby the coach would put a bucket of ultimate orange in the middle of the changing room floor and all the team would drink it 30 mins prior to the game - it was awesome!! We would run and tackle like demons.

One time when we did not have it we were all on the floor with no energy - we had become reliant on it.

What year was the old stuff out? I had a friend that would take the stuff before practice. If after they dude at GNC told him that we shouldn't use it if you are under 18.

I was told the same thing by my local GNC guy but the shit worked.

It worked so good that helped give me a couple seizures. $:-\$

Yes, because taking "illegal" supplements means you're not natural anymore, but taking LEGAL Methyl-1-Testosterone and Ultimate Orange with ephedrine in it will not make you a steroid / substance user, because it is legal.

By that definition, Dennis James moved to Thailand because he was natural there.

I first had it in 1994 it was the best ever before a workout.Wasn`t long before everyone who went to a rave was coming into the gym for a glass of it before they went out raving,then they were buying full tubs of it and selling it in rave clubs.I remember in 1995 me and some mates were going to Ibiza for a holiday and the flight was 7am,we all worked in the nightclub and finished at 3am so we decided to mix 4 spoons up and drink it to keep us awake.The other guys tried it and didn`t like the taste so i drank the lot.Then the 3 other people who were going with us turned up at my place so i mixed 4 spoonsful up for them,but same story,they hated it so i drank the lot.I didn`t sleep (or blink) for 2 full days,my eyes were as big as saucers.

I tried that mess 15 years ago. Here's a recap of what I posted about it last year:

Shakes? That's an understatement. I tried in the mid-90s, when I was in college. The instructions were to take this 30-45 minutes before training. Since it took about 40 minutes to get to the gym by bus. I'd take it when the bus arrived and take a nap.

My right arm would start wiggling by itself; I KID YOU NOT. And, it felt cold (a different type of cold than that coming from the AC).

By the time I got to gym and actually started training, I had the extra energy. But, I also had a headache that could only be described as having a vice grip on my head, while someone's blasting a hair dryer in my face at full strength.

I thought it was just an abberation. Second day, I took it again, fell asleep on the bus AGAIN, and the right arm started flopping around on its own....AGAIN.

Upon hitting the gym, the same headache hit me, as it did the previous day.

After a week, I went, "No MAS!!" I think I either threw the Ultimate Orange away or gave it away. But, I got rid of it by the end of the week.

I also referred to it as "a heart attack, waiting to happen".

The original UO was crazy shit, I tired it a few times when I was younger and would bounce around the gym for hours on the stuff.

Its been imitated poorly many times over the years, the closest came in the form of pink powder - probably about 1/3 as strong as the original.

Caffeine, ephy and perhaps come geranium extract would be the combo I would liken the buzz too.

Well, if you're not local you can get a lot of fake stuff even in egypt pharmacies, or at least that's what i've heard.

Ultimate Orange was the best ever. You would get a mental buzz and physiological awakening like it it was an illegal drug of some kind. I broke many a plateau and P.Rs using it. Remember giving it to my bro to try, a half scoop and it was like he snorted a line of coke!

I wish I had some of my old containers sitting around it had some caffeine, ephedra, Cayenne a vitamin/mineral complex along with like 7grams of whey and a glucose polymer of some kind.

Probably try and search the internet and try to find an ingredient list to recreate it.
