That's the irony of it. The originators of the song from which this parody came, Splack Pack ("Shake That @$$, B&@*#!"), and its targeted audience are the Democrats' most lockstep supporters. If you attended an HBCU in the early 90s, as I did, you saw the sisters, wiggling their behinds to this (almost on cue) on a regular basis.
