Nasser did the same thing.  Site injected into biceps, yet had weak triceps.  It's a valid question.

Yeah, I've often wondered why he didn't choose his tris for the oil.  But assuming he thinks he's being discreet and successfully sneaky about his oil use, he probably doesn't want to raise any alerts by suddenly growing triceps (thus giving himself away as an oil user).  Bodybuilding is a twisted world, I tell ya.

And he wasn't the biggest Pro ever...he served as the this generation's freak...he was the 21st version of Dillett, in that he served as that function---but he was never as good as Dillett was.

Thats two weeks after contest...not two weeks before or during...shit, just because you saw it measured two weeks after a contest, does thar mean that Dillett or others were smaller? No it does not, that is some flawed logic. Check Flex's Mass Construction vid, his arms are noticably bigger, due to being 1 week after the Olympia, and being carbed up.
Let's stop hyping Ruhl up to what he is not...he wasn't a top contender, only at the smaller shows, he served the purpose of the "freak", he replaces Dillett in that role, and that was it...and he had more oil in his delts than the Valdez (he prolly was using the same supplier that Flex was)...and he had a alien growing in his belly button that he had get removed---and he did the hand clasping MM wrong---he put his knuckles together instead of clasping, therefore giving him the illusion of width. When you clasp your hands together, you bring your clavicles together, as opposed to putting your knuckles together---which has your shoulders out...everybody performs it correctly except for him...Dillett, Levrone, Shawn, Dorian, Ronnie, Fux, Nasser, Vic, Vince, Phil, Cutler, Dex, Kai, etc, etc.

This makes No sense.  The man has tried everything to make his triceps grow and said so in his video.  Why would he not site inject the the other 2/3 of his arm mass being that his bicep peaks were so ridiculous that only a fool would believe he wasn't shooting something in there.
