Mustafa is still the biggest "all drugs" example in my opinion.  He goes from one of the biggest guys on the planet to a sales clerk at a discount beverage.  I don't want to hear "oh its also because he stopped eating and training like a bodybuilder"!  Only true fucking morons would believe that  ::)

Really?  I've seen this pic posted many times before, and no one has ever said anything. 

Drugs or not, some people *really* let themselves go, and become almost unrecognizable after a few short years.  But this usually involves putting on a massive amount of fat, rather than losing muscle.
