are you saying that EVERYTHING you've tried ( reviewed ) was worth what was being asked from people to pay for ?
Well...initially, yes.
Going back to 2000-2003, I spent around $1,000 on MuscleTech supplements alone. I bought into the ads and didn't know any better. In 2000 I was 18 so I think I had an excuse to be naive. At that time, I probably thought that only the top bodybuilders used steroids and some of the guys outside the top 10 were natural. I just didn't know any better and had an excuse at that point in time. For the longest time I was getting free supplements for review but since then I have decided to pay for all supplements to see if that makes me reconsider being as generous with some of the reviews.
As for now, my opinion has changed. I would actually probably recommend doing without supplements and focus on nutrition instead, but for those like myself who can barely eat, I think protein shakes help. As for SIZEON and a select few other products, I maintain that it works, and incredibly well at that.
It was actually getbig which caused me to stop using supplements for three years, between 2004-2007. I was a bit disappointed at GOATBOY who had convinced me that all supplements are crap when this isn't exactly the case. In an industry filled with snake oil, there are still some gems out there. It's just that contrary to my naive views of 2000, they aren't
all gems.
