I was backstage with these guys. These are not large men, folks. Muscle-large, sure, but their frames and height, no.

Henderson is 50 and continues to look great.

That's very interesting considering how huge they looked on stage. I guess ultimately the scale doesn't lie, and they are all under 202 [although maybe a little more after weigh-ins].

I have been involved in the industry for many years and, let me tell you, a great many pro bodybuilders aren't near as big as they appear on stage. Last night I recall thinking to myself as I stood backstage, Man, these guys are all mini-sized dudes. And I mean no disrespect. But they are quite short and small men. Lots of muscle though, naturally.

Guys around six feet and carrying 240-plus pounds, in shape, they're impressive in person, size-wise.

That's interesting. Ben Pakulski is around 5'9-5'10 and he has so much muscle that even he can look stocky. It looked like he was wearing a pair of Vibram FiveFingers at the expo which made him look shorter, since 5'10 is by no means short in my opinion. I do agree with you that height gives a greater impression of size.
