I'M NOT TRYING TO "DIET" OR "GAIN WEIGHT". I'M JUST TRYING TO KEEP MYSELF AT A SIMILAR BODY WEIGHT, BUT GAIN MUSCLE IN SOME AREAS AND INCREASE CONDITIONING.
BASICALLY
1) KEEP BODY WEIGHT NEAR 188-195LBS
2) LOWER BODY FAT/INCREASE CONDITION
3) GAIN SIZE IN CERTAIN AREAS EVEN IF MINIMAL...LIKE 1/8 INCH OR 1/4 INCH.
4) GAIN STRENGTH IN CERTAIN EVEN IF MINIMAL(10LBS TOTAL SQUAT OR DL)
I'VE BEEN AT THIS FOR 35 DAYS WENT FROM 194 TO 192 AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN ABOUT 12 DAYS WHERE I DIDN'T MAKE AS SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS. PERHAPS IM BEING TOO IMPATIENT?
I HAVE FOUR DAYS WHERE I TRAIN AND DO CARDIO PWO, AND THREE DAYS WHERE I DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. SERIOUSLY. I GO TO WORK AND SIT ON A COMPUTER FROM 9 TO 6, COME HOME AND FROM 6:30 TO 12 SIT ON THE COMPUTER AGAIN.
IF MY GOAL IS TO NOT CUT CALORIES CAUSE IM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT, HOW ELSE DO I CREATE A DEFICIT? ANYTHING OUT THERE BESIDES UPPING THE DOSE? THINKING ON ONE OF MY OFF DAYS TO DO AB WORK + SOME CARDIO, THE OTHER OFF DAY GO SWIMMING OR DO SOME MORNING CARDIO(WALK MY DOG) AND THE OTHER OFF DAY DO NOTHING LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW.
