It's a shame really, because otherwise I think he has made great improvements. I'm not sure if he will be able to get his arm back to normal but he still looks very good and I hope that Frank qualifies for the Olympia in Tampa.

I don't know if it is his facial expresson but his jawline is taking on a odd "roundness" not seen before---kinda like Platz's chipmunk cheeks

I know for a fact Frank was on 5 grams of test at one point in his career. Exactly 5 grams. could explain the above.

The "im holding a beesnest and 3 pounds of puke in my mouth" look can be caused by that?

On anther note, his BDB pose was excellent. And his tricep looks like Sergio's when his was torn/shot. Mcgrath should milk that and do a Victory pose in Tampa.

Frank looked great! I believe the difference between him and Olympia qualifying spot was only one point. Good that he is getting some recognition.
