I think I am done brushing my teeth. Chew gum..eat ginger with your sushi...stay away from sugar..eat your calcium and figs. Figs are loaded with minerals

Here is a list of things that, I believe will keep your teeth healthy even if you are not brushing:
- Avoid sugary foods
- Eat a low carb diet.
- Eat 3 meals per day, don't eat in between
- Drink alot of green tea, occasional coffee too
- Chew gum after food when possible
- Buy foods with arificial sweeters (eg. cola lite instead of normal cola)
- Keep your mouth hydrated at all times, don't breathe trough your mouth (saliva very important)
Well I guess thats it. If I could have followed this guidelines I am sure my teeth would have been in perfect condition. But alas not everybody can follow such a strict regimen.
