Mike Miller: Tren = move out
« on: June 19, 2011, 08:14:18 AM »
"I was on pretty much nonstop for 7 years ..."

"My wife said... if you go on another cycle of tren, you have to move out!"

Discuss.

If I had to pick any human being to help me move to a new house, it'd be this guy.

Dude looks like he's on narcotics. Pain killers or some type of downers. I'm pretty sure he had  heart attack which is why he came off or went on HRT (most likely) and lost a ton of weight on purpose. He didn't come off because of the wife LOL.

The guy seems pretty honest..he probably saved himself from getting a stroke or an early heart attack. Once that shit happens, being huge doesn't seem so important anymore.

Mike is a good dude and will talk to anyone. He was a monster in his day and decided to get in shape. He left his mark on the sport, he was the first (in gear)1200 pound squatter. It is no surprise to me to hear him talk openly.

iam sure he is a good guy.. but i truly hate this kinda "roids are bad and almost ruined my life" threads.. look.. roids didnt do crap to you.. taking obscene amounts did.. everyone has a choice of what to take and how much.. if doing tren (ill bet in huge amounts) mad you act like ass, then take the dose down.. again, roids dont mysteriously jump into a syringe and inject themselves.. you decide the amount and the type.. they (roids) had nothing to do with your health issues and or relationship problems..

x2.

Didn’t roids give Miller the powerlifting, wrestling, strength training career he had?  If he had never taken roids would he be affiliated with EFX right now?  Abusing anything is bad.  It seems odd to now distance himself from anabolics entirely when they were so integral to the pumped up life he led for at least (by his own admission) 7 years.  I'm not a hater... I like the guy, but his rhetoric is not adding up.  :-\

i agree bay.. but the sad thing is we see this all the time.. go anti roid when ya have a supplement ya want to push.. valentino now is against roids because they "ruined" his life.. no.. he ruined his life with using huge amounts and selling them and getting nailed.. yet, no one would know who he is if not for over inflated arms and his ties to roids.. again, roids did nothing to him.. excesses did.. there are many others to point out but it would take too long lol.. "roids mad me have a heart attack".. "roids made me violent".. nope.. you did it brutha .. time for a bit more self control and common sense..

MEh...this guy is no different than any other crack/meth/alcohol addict.

He was abusing steroids vs using ...by self admission of being always on for 7 fucking years. What did you think was going to happen?

Anyone with half a brain could've told this guy 7 years ago that staying on all the fucking time and you know by his size and lift numbers he was doing low dose maintenance type cycles. He's fucking lucky he didn't die of a stroke or heart attack.

If his health was still decent this fucker would still be juiced to the gills. Only reason he turned into the pseudo-natural "athlete" is because he can't do drugs like he used to.

I have no pity for douches like this guy because they don't have any sense to begin with and then turn into a hypocritical advocate of wellness after their health starts deteriorating.

Damn - I saw this guy at the '08 Olympia Expo in one of the MMA cages/booths helping to give a demonstration - I wondered who he was at the time because he was frickin huge. So now I know.

Interesting interview.

Not that I have anything against Mike Miller, personally (don't know the guy), but his 1220 squat is a JOKE. Just another way-too-high, feet spread a mile apart, gassed-out, and equipped-to-the-limits "record lift". Not a chance. And you know his bench was suspect as well because ... and here's the kicker that always gives it away ... his deadlift, relatively, was major crappola. Hell, he benched more (?).

I agree with what most in this thread are saying. These guys abuse the gear for years and "live the dream", and then, when it's no longer feasible (health, money, etc.), they cry foul and jump on some campaign. Oh, yes, and push some horsecrap supplement.
