If you're strong enough to load it and lift it, you're strong enough to unload it and put the plates back. Same with dumbells.
I train towards the end of my gym's opening hours and depending on whose been in the clutter is a damn disgrace.
Last Friday there were a couple o other guys in, dumbells left all over the place and big pools of sweat on the head of the benches.
That's my top two hates, people who don't put weights back and people who don't take a damn towel to the gym.
I'm gonna use this rage to bang out some upright rows later.
