If someone had some juice that says "EXP 4/2009" and "Store at Room Temp" but it was stored the last couple years in a fridge... is it still good? Or not safe anymore?

It doesn't go bad. The potency tapers off a lot.

Expired 2 years ago... useless.

Anyway. Does anyone have an idea on how much the potency is weakened after two years? Was 250mg/mL, so now it might be...?

anything with a high acidic (a bitch for bacterial growth) level should be ok until you get your stomach pumped.

If you mean vitamin C, it will be gone mostly. The fruitsugar in it will basically be what it was, it has nowhere to go.

Seriously: It will probably be less potent, but I don't think it have more nasty effects than fresh stuff. Try at your own risk, of course.
