I woke up sunday morning with horible lower back pain.  I have been taking muscle relaxers ever since and some tylenol for the pain.  My question is this  wtf could cause such horible pain.  I wasnt lifting or anything.

did that  I took a massive shit just now.      And no word of a lie  I got up off the toilet and my back pain is gone.    WTF  I still have some tenderness in the lower back.  I am now able to stand up straight and quikly.
