Weight training would help fix excess skin. Not saying it would do everything.

But NO-ONE ever mentions this. Either too much money in skin reduction surgery or people just don't know any better. Cause lifting weights just gives you big useless muscles and shit.

Good for her losing all of that if, in fact, she did the work.
She should have tried to book herself on some reality series that would at least spring for the flap redux surgery.
It wouldn't be hard; on average, every third person has their own show these days.

The people are sickening on it
I mean that girl in the first pics in this thread got to be obese through having no willpower to say no to food
Then she was told if she gave up smoking for a while they would perform the operation (for free) to remove the excess skin
Guess what, she didnt even try quit smoking
