I am up to 245 lbs now but it seems from 240 lbs the last 5 lbs were pretty much only fat and water.


I am still pretty lean tho but getting a bit smooth for my taste

Jay cutler is known for eating clean year round. If your under 200 pounds and eat what you want I guarantee you will her fat no matter how much tren/ growth you have in your body. Bigger bodies need bigger calories

Im trying to get down from around 15 percent to 9-10% I've been dieting the last few weeks it's been a real bitch. All rice, chicken, oats, ect.. I can't wait to blow up once I get there.

we al do lol ,,how do you think 5'7 can walk 240-250? lol by the power of god?,,we fuckin put the calories in and kill the fat with the hormones,,specific ones,, the water dont matter,, its a mattr of lower doses of toestosterona and couple weeks with no gh to see water disapear to minimum ,,you want water gone completely? use diuretic but who wants the water to go out completely unless you are on stage? bodybuild with no water in the muscle and some out...look weak ...look small ...look fragile,, minmum water is something else,, but no water...is only good for stage ,,even on stage you shouldnt over due it ,,some water is good when its in the right places,,

I'm close to 7-8% bf right now and lean without any "diet". Little test and tren goes a long way. The longer you stay lean the easier it is to maintain.

I also don't sweat at all other than at night because I'm slaying my hot Asian wife with no mercy. Over 10% bf and I'd be sweating bullets at work when reaching over to grab my pen or stapler for fuck sakes.

Depends on your bodyfat, how well you know your body, which hormones you'll run.   12 to 16 weeks is generally how long you should diet into a show.

GH15, a little off topic here.


In the bible, you stated that you and many other pro's would take liquid t3 from research chems.  you stated that sometimes you'll do 1 ml of it which is 200mcg at once, then sometimes you'll do another half ML if it tastes good lol. 

Was this because liquid t3 is possible not as pure?  Underdosed?  Or because you guys are just hardcore like that lol.
