when he saw the the kai pics, cutler steped up the dose to get a good second this year

if he wins one single pose (muscle) the competition was fixed

couple questions / comments:


1. his range of motion seems to be 1/4th of what i'd consider a full rom for dumbell press.  one of us is doing it wrong.  which one is it?
2. put these in order:  form, weight, dosage.

As much as I find his physique displeasing, Cutler is way smarter than most other pro's and he's making adjustments from year to year. He knows he can't balloon up off season like he used to. That cost him in '08 and should have cost him in '07. Last year, he looked like a GH spunge at this time of year and he didn't show up looking as good as in '09 though much better than '07 and '08. Seems like he's ready to sacrifice some mass for conditioning which sounds smart to me.

Nah, I know what you mean.  He's not using a ton of momentum, and he limits himself to the bottom half on all of those pressing exercises.

Guy is a monster, but I hate that most-muscular pose.  It makes his arms and forearms look small, and exposes the lack of detail he has there.

i heard they use jays vids as treatments in therapys with people who have chronic sleeping problems. doctors say they are amazed about the results.
