my guess on a cycle to get to that is as follows
8-12 week cycles 2x a year
test cyp 200mg wk
gh 3iu a day (this year round)
winny 50mg EOD
training
early am cardio on emty stomach 30 minutes
pre workout meal later in day followed by training 5 days a week, not much rest between sets
lots of stretching thruout the day, flexing etc a minute here a few minutes there
supps
all common vits + a natrual diuretic
diet:
avoid bread, cookies etc
eat chicken, meats, fish, cashews,
one a week eat a high calorie high fat meal, big macs, chicken strips etc
avoid all sodas
drink lots of water
obviously it all depends where you are now, but to get to this is way way easier than to try to add extreme mass + cuts
