Good going Coach!

Listen, in the future, I will probably contact you for *FREE* advice concerning workouts to strengthen the joints, increase functional strength and prevent overall injuries.

I appreciate your great achievements, but remember, giving starts in the home.

Ok...I see what you're doing here. 1. The only time you'll see me mention my clients will usually just be on here, why? Because it's getbig and it's fun to get a rise (no homo) out of it. You will rarely see me mention them on my site, in advertisements or other wise exept in an occasional blog post on my site. I will however be writing one today. I'm not star struck, I don't use my clients names to capitalize or publicity. The fighters I get are by word of mouth. If you look at Mike Dolce's site (and I like Mike) he uses Rampages name to make a name for himself. Rampage is all over there. Mike's a great marketer but he also uses people. Not cool.

2. This was the first camp we actually had any significant time together, meaning since the preparation for his other fights were in the UK, I was only able to spend about 3-4 weeks with him before he left for his pre-fight camp. But during that time he is in camp over there, Wolfslair has my program that Kongo does (to the best of his ability).

This time we had a full 9 weeks with some days missed because of  appearances he was obligated to do or personal stuff. We trained 3-5 days per week and his training camp was here, Wolfslair came to his HERE.

3. Was I mentioned in interviews? Have no idea, I don't read every interview he does but you have to remember this, I am NOT a skills coach, I'm an S&C coach and in MMA the thought of an S&C coach just for S&C is still evolving and most fighters still have to buy into it.

BTW, if FB counts, Kongo posted and thanked all of us (the whole team) by name and also has pics of his training, including ours.

Yes, it is quite obvious what I was getting at here and you cleared that up quite admirably. Appreciate your patience but this is after all GetBig.

I wish you continued success.

Coach is the master behind the scenes, doesn't have a macho attitude and gets the good guys or make guys that need work better.  He will mentor a champ one day.

Coach is an all-time great guy.  He's being very modest about the fact that he also served as personal masseur to oily johson and congo.

Just found out...Oli Thompson wins first round RNC. Tomorrow Kongo fights Pat Barry, he was the co-main, Nate Marquardt bailed from the fight, Dana White through him out of the UFC and Kongo is now in the main event. Why am I so happy you mat ask? Here's the short answer...$$$$$$
No idea who these guys are?
Did you train them for the fights coach? If so congrats and forgive my ignorance
